周囲のホテルと比較すると価格は高いですが、 部屋がとても綺麗で広く、眺めも素晴らしかったです。 スタッフは親切で信頼できます。セキュリティは問題ないと思われます。 ガンジス川を眺めながら朝食を頂けるのが気に入りました。 服のクリーニングを依頼できます。 朝註文して、翌日午前中に仕上がりました。 場所が分かりにくいのでGoogle mapを參考に向かうと良いです(近くに類似の名稱のホテルがあり、路地を歩いているとそちらに誘導しようとする輩がいます)。

I think there was a problem with linen in my room especially the pillow case. I’ve worked as a cleaner at 4,5 star hotels, so I can tell when the sheet or pillow case has not been freshly cleaned or been stocked for a long time. Though bed sheet and pillow case didn’t feel fresh, I was fine. But, due to the poor condition of pillow case which I guess very dusty or slightly moldy, I had an allergic reaction on my eyes. Every morning or the time I was lying down on the pillow, my eye got swollen a bit. That was also fine by me as I usually am quite easy, but what bugs me is the attitude and response of a staff at reception, his first response was it must be because of rain getting onto my eyes, which is not, then how come my eyes get swollen and irritated in the morning? Anyhow, even worse, after that. There was no sorry or anything. As someone who previously had worked at hotel, I am trying to be lenient and kind towards the people in hospitality industry, but I don’t find this good. You can make mistake but just say sorry for any inconveniences you caused rather than accusing the customer for your fault. Other than that incident. It was fine and other staffs are friendly and helpful in general.

Ну, почти: если сильно наклониться и прищуриться — можно разглядеть краешек Ганги между проводами и бельём соседа. Душ работает как лотерея: или холодный, или благословенный кипяток, как будто Шива сам подкрутил вентиль. Интернет? Он есть. Просто не у нас. Персонал — душевный! Особенно тот парень на ресепшене, который постоянно спал, но утверждал, что медитирует над бронированием. Зато с балкона слышны мантры, крики обезьян и священные гудки — симфония Варанаси. Резюме: если ищете комфорта — идите в ашрам. А если приключений — вам сюда. Мы выехали другими людьми. Возможно, из-за воды.

A pochi passi da alcuni Gatt di Varanasi, personale molto gentile e disponibile. Non abbiamo avuto problemi di nessun tipo e si sono occupati di indicarci la guida per la città e la barca per il giro sul Ganga. Perfetto!
